Founder & CEO of Maxipage Inc With more than 20 years experience, Marc Somma always demonstrated very strong business development skills. Moreover, he is a knowledgeable player with 10 years experience in the information technology field. In 2004 he sold his first Internet company, and for the next two years (2005 to 2006), he had the opportunity to work for Trader Classified Media, well established firm in over 21 countries. This precious experience enabled him to discover opportunities at an internationnal level. He later launched in 2007 the design and development of Maxipage.

François Duffar Chairman and CEO of Navilon Inc President of Cosmos Capital François Duffar’s whole career has been in the communications industry. After having been a journalist and had several management and advisory roles within government agencies, he joined Cossette in 1974, as General Manager and set up and managed the Montreal office. Later, he became President of the Cossette Group and played a significant role in its growth and expansion within Canada and abroad. Following the opening of offices in Toronto, Vancouver and Halifax, he oversaw Cossette’s entry into the New York, Los Angeles, London and Shanghai markets. Under his leadership, Cossette developed a stable of international clients and its billings surpassed the one billion dollar mark. In 2007, he resigned as President of Cossette and founded Navilon Inc, a private investment company of which he is principal shareholder. He sits on the Boards of several technology companies such as CellFish Media, based in the US, as well as community and cultural organizations. François Duffar was designated ‘Nouveau Performant’ in 1990 (a management performance award). In January 2006, this founder and builder of Cossette was inducted, with Claude Lessard, into the Marketing Hall of Legends for his remarkable contribution to the field of marketing in Canada.

Paul Corriveau President of Navilon Inc Paul Corriveau is President of Navilon Inc., an investment holding company based in Montreal, Canada. Under his guidance, Navilon has been a strategic investor in areas such as consumer products, media and commercial real estate. He is also Executive Vice-President within Cosmos Capital and a key player in Cosmos Group’s efforts to acquire Cossette Inc. A lawyer by training (McGill University, Faculty of Law) and a graduate of France’s École Nationale d’Administration, Paul is an accomplished business executive with a background in corporate strategy. He previously worked as a senior strategy consultant at the Boston-based Monitor Company. Over the years, he has held senior corporate strategy positions or business development roles in several large companies such as Bell Canada Enterprises (BCE) and Bombardier in Montreal and RTL Group in London. To complement his corporate experience, Paul has also held senior positions within the Canadian government, as policy advisor and Deputy Chief of Staff to two Canadian Prime Ministers.

Constantin Salameh Chief Executive Officer ABDULLA AL MASAOOD & SONS GROUP He has 30 years of senior cross-functional management experience with multinational companies in the technology, private equity, retail and financial services sectors. He was the managing director of a multi-billion dollars private investment group and the senior VP & CFO of a family business with more than 40,000 employees and operations in fifty countries. He holds a B.Sc. (Eng.) from King’s College in London (1979), a M.Sc. (Eng.) from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (1980) and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business (1984). Mr. Salameh held positions on boards of public and private companies in Europe, the Middle East and Asia Pacific. He is a member of the board of Young Enterprise Switzerland, the Micro-Enterprise Acceleration Institute, the Berytech Venture Fund and the AUB Graduate School of Business. He is a frequent speaker at international conferences organized by the World Bank, Euromoney, IMD, Asia International and Campden Conferences. He is the author of publications in the fields of international finance and business strategy.
